JBL’s PRV175 marine digital media receiver packs a lot of features into a compact design that fits into a standard tachometer opening. Listen to AM/FM radio broadcasts, or take advantage of the built-in Bluetooth to stream music from smartphones or other compatible devices. The LED display lets you see what you’re listening to with just a glance, while the watertight, UV-stable face and controls stand up to sun, salt and moisture.

You can also plug a smartphone or thumb drive into the rear USB port and enjoy your digital music library, or use the rear RCA auxiliary inputs for iPhones, iPods, or just about any other digital music player. The rear-mounted preamp RCA outputs make it easy to expand your system with a marine amp in the future.

Powerful speakers made for marine use

With rubber surrounds, a corrosion-resistant polymer basket and a UV-resistant ABS grille, JBL’s MS6520 6″ 2-way speakers will stand up to salt, spray, and sun. The grille-mounted tweeters and sealed magnets helps protect the internal works from damage, so you can turn the hose up to full blast when you’re giving the boat a good washdown after a cruise. And, of course, they sound great, too.
